Self-healing refers to the process of how you heal the wounds. What decisions that you should take towards depressive episode, traumatic events, or trying to be a better person. According to the data from 2017 National Health Interview Surveys(NHIS) which release in November 2018. Meditation and yoga were used for stress release have increased significantly in American adult and children.

Meditation originally was meant to help deepen understanding of the unknown forces of lie. These days, it is commonly used for stress release and relaxation. Moreover, it also can be done in 5 minuets by give affirmations to your own self body which called as “Mantra Meditation”. In this type of meditation, you silently repeat a calm words, thought or phrase to prevent distraction of negative thoughts. Not only meditation but also writing is one of way to release your stress and come to term with could not hurt anyone else because you are writing for your self.

On the other hand, as muslimah ,me, being understood that I am weak, fragile and prone to illness who found comfort in prayer for stress reduction. Moreover, we could also see illness is not punishment from الله , yet rather as purification of sins which we might already did before. Recite personal prayers(du’a) it’s kind of like a weapon which directly and regularly shield,protect and arm us against the tribulations and trials of this life.

At the end, healing is not a magic which it could be done on overnight process. It takes much times. Once in while, you might feel over something or feel recovery. As note to self, the happiness in this world is not always immortal where there could be ways of the wound could be reopen again. Don’t give up. Just do your best each day at time. Being in better place both emotionally and mentally than you were yesterday.
